At KARVIORA, we want you to feel as good in our gear as you do during your workout. If your new gym tops or joggers aren’t the perfect fit, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, don’t worry—we’ve got your back! We offer a friendly 30-day return window from the date your package arrives.

2. EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, we just ask that your items are:

  • In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition (trying them on is perfectly fine!).

  • Complete with original tags and packaging.

  • Free from any gym scents, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

We’ve made the process quick and painless:

  1. Shoot us a quick email at karviorateam@outlook.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will send you the return instructions and the closest return address for your region.

  3. Pack up your items and send them back to us.

4. EUROPEAN “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” PERIOD

For our friends in the European Union and the UK, you have a statutory right to a “cooling-off” period. You can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. At KARVIORA, we actually extend this to 30 days because we want you to be 100% happy with your performance gear.

5. REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely. We’ll process your refund immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (usually within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).

6. EXCHANGES FOR THE RIGHT FIT

Ordered a Medium but need a Large? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your new gear gets to you as fast as possible!

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great pride in our quality, but if we made a mistake, we’ll fix it immediately. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away at karviorateam@outlook.com so we can make it right at no extra cost to you.
