1. WHERE WE SHIP
KARVIORA is proud to offer international shipping to our community in the United States and Europe. We work with reliable global carriers to ensure your high-performance gear reaches your doorstep safely.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been processed (usually within 1–3 business days), the following delivery windows apply:
Europe: 8–12 Business Days
United States: 12–16 Business Days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is handled by local postal services and customs authorities in your country.
3. SEASONAL DELAYS & UNFORESEEN EVENTS
While we always aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, please understand that shipping times may be extended during the following periods:
Peak Seasons & Sales: During high-volume events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holiday Season, carriers often experience backlogs that may add 5–7 days to your delivery.
Extreme Weather: Severe weather conditions (storms, snow, etc.) in transit hubs or your local area may cause temporary delays.
Public Holidays: Shipping and processing do not occur on national holidays.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Stay updated on your gear’s journey! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For our international customers, please be aware that KARVIORA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
To ensure your package arrives correctly, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at karviorateam@outlook.com within 7 days so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
